La intención de esta organización es tener un propósito y metas con fines educacionales y de caridad, definido bajo la sección 501(c) 3 del código del Departamento de Rentas Internas.

La Organización deberá emprender en actividades y participar voluntariamente, en funciones públicas y privadas que promuevan el desarrollo de sus metas de educar a la comunidad en general mediante la promulgación del arte y cultura boliviana y emprender en actividades de caridad.La Asociación deberá luchar y realzar las ideas, sugerencias e inquietudes de sus miembros, preservando así las tradiciones
bolivianas con orgullo e integridad.

It is the intent of the Association that its purpose and goals be charitable and educational as defined in section 501(c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code, to the extent consistent therewith.

The Association shall organize, volunteer and participate in public or private functions that promote, develop and contribute to charitable or educational activities.The Association shall endeavor to educate the community in the cultivation and preservation of the art and culture of those of Bolivian heritage.The Association shall strive to enhance and endorse the ideas, suggestions and concerns of its members and shall promote pride and integrity as it upholds and preserves the traditions
of those of Bolivian heritage.
